(January 7, 2019, 12:29 pm)A nice home style Italian eatery. The owner engaged with almost everyone in the joint and took care of us like we were family. I ordered a chicken caesar salad, the portion was generous for the price and it was delicious.

(October 24, 2018, 11:37 pm)Always a good meal at Candela! Whether a pasta dish, pizza, burger, or other sandwich. Had a nice lentil soup today too. If you like traditional, unadulterated fries, order them here! Not steak fries, but tradition thick straight fries without salt or other seasonings; the way fries are meant to be.

(July 4, 2018, 12:46 pm)Food is good. Wait staff are high school kids and they do a pretty good job. The owner isn't very nice to them though. Dining area isn't very big and is in need of some updates and some fresh paint. The wallpaper looks like it came from the 60's and makes the place look dirty and dingy. It's BYOB.
