Best BBQ pulled pork in the area, you can taste the smoke in the meat. Ribs, chicken & brisket all 4 sided with handmade slaw and something special baked beans, with the beans don't expect your garden veriety beans, these will wake up your tastebuds as well as complementing the meat. Worth the trip and waiting in line for this mouth watering meal.

Run, don’t walk, to Hambone. Get the brisket. It is magical. Eat a sandwich there. Then Get a pound or two to take home. Best you’ll find anywhere in NJ and ranks with the best you’ll find anywhere. It doesn’t get any better than this. You’re welcome.

This is real BBQ with a lot of live. It is not Northern BBQ! The meat has a smoky taste. We tried the pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. Best ribs I have ever had!!! The food is made with love and the owner likes to be creative. He was selling crispy, sweet, gelatnus turkey tails. I was thoroughly impressed. Try it with the spicy sauce!

Solid Bbq- and I lived in Texas for several years, so I have a little bit of basis for comparison. Operated by a family who work hard and are clearly passionate about the quality. They're only open a few days a week, which is understandable, but a bummer when you're craving some brisket on a Monday. I believe they cater and will be calling them the next time I host a large get together. Highly recommend.
