“Great food! The meat is delicious! This is 4 stars is because the waitstaff wasn’t very attentive and they try to get every penny from you. They charge $2.50 per person for sauces, an essential for hot pot, and most hot pot places include these with the meal, it’s not an extra cost. They had some small “snacks” that come with the sauces, but it would be great to just have the sauces be included and pay extra if you want the snacks. As for the waitstaff, waters were hardly refilled and after the initial order, the waiter disappeared. Even for the initial order, we had to call over a waiter to take our order.”

“Went in pretty late. Sat around the bar area. Had the best server/bartender ever her name was Taylor. She took really good care of us. Even though we came late (right before kitchen closing) she made sure that we ordered in time and ensured us that we had time still to get our desserts. We literally had a better experience because she took care of us.”

“I ordered Togo today and the Togo specialist Joy was amazing. Joy is one of the most joyful and kindest Togo specialist there, this is my second time having her, usually I order at dinner with a older lady and I’m always waiting around for my Togo for at least 15mins more after the time I was giving. Joy needs a raise she’s very accurate and I just love her personality... please please please keep her. Oh and by the way the host need to do a better job with talking about their personal business at the front where everyone can hear them. I’m pretty sure no one want to know about who’s sleeping with who or sucking on stuff they should not be sucking on.”

“Our server was very nice. We had to wait longer than we had hoped going in, but they told us a 30 minute wait and it was about 25 minutes, so we were happy about that. We had plans and went early to avoid crowds, so were a little concerned when we had to wait. But once we got to our table and ordered, everything moved at a pretty quick pace, so thank you for that. Overall, a positive experience!”

“Service was great. Matt was our waiter. He was really nice and attentive. I liked this place before they changed their menu. At on time they had an espresso rubbed ribeye. This steak was fantastic. It is no longer on the menu. The steak that replaced it is not a good cut of meat and lacked in flavor. Non of the pasta dishes include a protein so you are paying extra for that. Lastly, too much ice in the drinks. I had a glass of sangria. There was barely any sangria because of the amount of ice. I won't be going back.”

“Generally, I am skeptical of mall food but 30 Burgers surpassed my expectations. The French fries were very tasty with light spices - much better then typical fast-food fries. I also had the Indian "kati-roll" basically a small wrap with spiced potatoes and veggies. Kati-roll too was good with a right balance of spices. Well done.”

“I really enjoyed my meal here, plus it's BYOB! We started with a couple appetizers, edamame and chicken dumplings, and for my meal I had the pineapple fried rice with chicken. Lastly, I had the mango sticky rice dessert. My only downfall with the desert was the mango wasn't quiet ripe, but the flavors still went well together. I will definitely be back to try other dishes. It was our first visit there and found out they don't make pizza and was told they opened 5 mths ago we assumed new ownership change because of new menu brochure. Their burger/fries are delicious and traditional American however it is pricey compared to other halal burger of same size/quality but different flavor because of added spice into meat, also delicious too but for half price.
