It's what you would expect from Subway.
We got a great sandwich that was made well. No subway sandwich is ever as good as it looks in the add but that may be true of all fast food. In any case, the women who worked there were saints and got my little boy into the movie Boss Baby for free because of the promotion Subway was running and we were really grateful for that. I would recommend it to people because the gas prices there are reasonable and a quick sub is something they did well.
3, Because the guy in the beanie was nice.
I went in for meatball marinara, but there were no meatballs left. he said, "I can give you something else (instead of meatballs) for the same price. I said, "So you dont have any meatballs back there?" he said, "Yeah we do, but they're cold and I'd have to heat them up." i said, "How long does that take, 10 minutes?" he said, "About 8 minutes." i said, "ok, I'll wait for you to heat them up."
He heated only enough meatballs for my footlong, no more & proceeded to scrape the leftover sauce onto the sandwich. I had to compensate with BBQ sauce. Keep in mind, that it is 2 pm on a Sunday & GMaps says this place closes late.
So, I'm still here eating/thumbing my phone because although the guy seems uneducated, any customer service employee knows that what he's been doing is lazy as meat-BALLS.
His coworker was there, she didnt have a word to say; but he should have given me some sauce. See picture of my marinara/BBQ meatball.
So either they dont care at all, or manager tells them to do that. Anyway, lame service. 2 stars for that.
