A review from a former employee—I worked here for a few months a couple of years ago. Jim, the owner of this restaurant, is always finding new ways to improve the menu and the service. He and the rest of his team are at the restaurant frequently, making sure it runs smoothly, bringing in new ideas, and new menu items on a regular basis.
They have a very fair base for their clientele, but the set up is a little scattered. For example, the food, and expectations for staff are high, but the options are limited. It might be useful if they came up with more varieties for families and students. Something that meets their high quality standards, while providing greater options for more people, broadening their client base. If they rearranged some of the seating and adjusted their layout it would help reduce the noise others are complaining about. However, it is a busy restaurant, and you can’t magically get rid of noise in a busy restaurant.
Although mindful of allergies, it is no more than a list. The menu changes often, which can make it difficult to lock down what you can and cannot eat prior to arrival, however, if you call in, they can help assist with that ahead of time.
The ambiance is pleasant, warm, and inviting, and they are always updating the decor, keeping it zestful!
This place is great for larger parties and business-related outings, including private meetings.

Loved the experience... Food was fresh, flavors were natural and yummy. We ate a lot... and enjoyed all our plates. The Mushroom Flat bread was like a revelation of sorts. My plate of pasta, the blue moon fried rice, and scallops too.

Was here for a lunch with my husband. And we really enjoyed the meal. My first not Asian place in US where I could get a duck. Prices are a bit higher but definitely worth it. Staff was good too. Very nice place. Recommend.

Really loved this restaurant! The ambience and servers/bartenders were great. I loved the decor. Perfect place for date night or to meet friends. I had very high standards for the food and drinks and they did not disappoint. We ordered a few small plates to shared and they were fabulous. We will definitely be returning to Agricola

Excellent atmosphere that announced "up scale food and drink served here". I had the chicken which came as a small attractive portion. Tender and tasty but not enough to be filling. Make sure you get a starter and dessert, or be prepared to stop at McDonald's on the way home.
