One of my favorite places in the state to get a bite. The rice is top notch

Love this place! Such a gem in Princeton, and I know I'm not the only person to thing so. The menu encompasses favorites of mine like dim sum, Thai curry variations, street food and more. Even crepes grace the menu. I'm convinced that whatever you get at this place- you will experience attention to detail and service you won't believe! I'm hooked. ????

Good, willing to to try some other dishes and revise my rating. Roots Ramen,very porky, but nothing special, kind of boring, nice chicken teriyaki bowl. Good service and crowded. The hostess was not very friendly. Vegetable dumplings fresh but lacked seasoning and the pickled cucumber were fresh but very one note.

Roots is cool; ordered the salmon which came with cabbage and my daughter had the fish and chips. After ordering our entree we decided to get an app since we were starving; truffle fries and I'm glad we did. Like I said before the salmon just came with cabbage. The salmon was decent, it just needed something else. All meals at this price point should have a meat, vegetable, and starch. I feel if I didn't have those fries, something would have been missing. I did try the fish and chips (my daughter liked it, but she has an immature palette lol) she actually pulled the fish out of the breading. I thought it lack flavor and had to be dipped in the sauce they provided to be enjoyed. Overall, it is was cool, but I'm not sure if I would go back. Miranda our waitress was really sweet and attentive. I would say give it a try, I just didn't love it!

This place was unexpectedly really good. They have a small menu, and they do things a little differently, but it's a great spot to go for lunch. My Mom and I both loved what we ordered. Seems like a lot of people come here.
