Great service. Food was great except they under cooked both our steaks and just re-served us the same steaks just cooked a bit more. For the price it should have been fresh or cooked correctly the first time.
I was here last night. Food was amazing. But service can be better. It wasn’t busy, it took so long time to get food. They didn’t offer the bread right the way. And finally when food was on a table they asked “ do you want a bread?” It was my second time. First time we had different staff. They were working like a bees in bee’s house. I would love to come here again and bring my friends but I want to get better attention and care.
Exceptional. Everything was delicious and well plated. Service was friendly and attentive. Restaurant interior was well thought out, very homey, French bistro feel. Great option for work lunch in town in Princeton.
The staff and food here are incredible. Miguel our server was amazing and very attentive. We also had a chance to meet the executive chef, Nicolas, who was incredibly humble and gifted in his craftsmanship of food. The food was to say the least: exquisite.
I had the chance to attend the soft opening of Kristine’s - great atmosphere in this French bistro downtown Princeton. Open your eyes and enjoy the food...from the design of the bistro to the quality of ingredients and recipes, i have enjoyed every single moment of it - a great experience.
Congratulations to the team and chef Nico.
Also good to know: the beverage menu has fantastic cocktails, French wines and Belgian beers.
The acoustic of the place is exceptional, you can actually have a nice discussion with family and friends without having to raise your voice! (No TV on location).
An excellent addition to Princeton food scene.
