(March 8, 2018, 12:45 am)Recently while in the city conducting business at the capital offices. Had a unbearable urge for chines food, general tos chicken and shrimp fry rice. What a mistake i made going to this place. The chicken sauce was watered down and the rice very wet. 3 stars for only fast and nice service.
