    Usually I always have a good experience except when I was walking out the door one day my jacket got caught on the door and I dropped my coffee right outside the door and they would not help me with another coffee they made me repay the whole thing again. Then I called customer service to try and get it handled and they wouldn't even give me perk points seeing as I go everyday and it's been over 2 months since I've heard from any manager.

    I love Dunkin so I visit many locations most have horrible customer service!! They have the Dunkin brand but don't want to give what the brand promises.
