The Dapper Chef

Very nice brother with natural raw juices. The platters are prettier than any Jamaican restaurant. All tastes fresh not over salted, sugar or sauces. Healthy Jamaican food.

The stew chicken and the mango salad was delicious. Friendly service and great prices. Will be coming back for more.

Was in the area yesterday on business with my sister and son wanted some authentic Jamaican cuisine before heading back to the Jersey shore Stopped in and I'm am so glad we did. We were greeted with a warm smile from the owner who took our orders which included some of their homemade drinks!
We ordered stew chicken, curry goat, jerk chicken and oxtails. Each dish came with a healthy serving of baked mac, a baked sweet potato, Jamaican rice and peas, cabbage and a tasty fresh tropical diced salad which consisted of pineapples, mango, cucumbers and red cabbage. Every bite was delicious! The food is made with love perfectly seasoned and prepared. Even got a free slice of black cake. We will be back highly reccomend this place.

The food is always outstanding! As a Jamaican-American who had enjoyed my cultures food throughout life; its a Rare Rare treat to find a countryman that cooks the food to taste like the 1st time every time! There are cooks, there are chefs and then there's Dapper. Nuff respect!
