Classico Tomato Pies

Tucked away behind a CVS Classico is a great addition to the area's pizza scene. Have not had a wait on any of our 3-4 visits here, which is a plus when you are hungry and/or in a rush. Service is attentive, and the space is nice and open. The pizza is a great thin crust tomato pie. Served piping hot from the oven, it hits the spot every time. I could probably eat a whole pie (though I'd regret it later). They do have sandwiches, salads, and a scicilian pie but mainly we are here for thin crust tomato pie goodness.

Had lunch here with a friend. It's more than pizza, several other choices on the menu. I enjoyed Sicilian pepperoni slice of pizza while my friend had a Philly cheese steak hoagie. It's BYOB! Food was hot and served as we ordered. Wait staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Will go back.

I had previously posted a somewhat poor review regarding the service but did say the food was excellent. My wife and I said we would not come back, but last night we decided we would go for the food and see what happened. To be honest, we did not expect much in terms of service. We were both DELIGHTED to have a new waitress who actually introduced herself and made a great impression. The pie itself was great as always. What was better was the service. I had to come back and take my bad review down because it seemed Classicos really listened to my complaint. Keep up the good work. We are going to ask for Nicole next time we come in! Great Brooklyn pie. Place was pretty busy when my buddy and I came in. Nicole was very sweet and good. We will be coming back. 5 stars!

Traveling through the area today and stopped in for lunch. Owner and wait staff were very friendly and quickly seated us. We ordered the Sicilian pizza and it was one of the best we've ever had. The crust was almost buttery! Would highly recommend it to natives and wayward travelers like ourselves.
