成都七味面 Big Bang Noodles

Per a Chinese friend, this is the most authentic Szechuan noodle place he's been to. You order on the tablet at the counter and they bring your food to the counter. There's a small cooler of canned beverages or you can grab a cup and a bottle of water.

We had A1, A3, C4, and B4 (7 seasonings noodles, Yibin noodles, mother Qi's wonton, chili chicken). Food comes out promptly, cutlery is self serve at the counter. Both the noodles were tasty, with that Szechuan peppercorn tingle. The wontons were excellent with a delicate wrappers and rich creamy broth. The chili chicken was also very good, not too spicy, with lots of scallions.

The owners speak very limited English but luckily the gesture for "I need a to go container" seems to be universal. We intend to go back since they were out of one of the dishes we were told to get (army-style bun).

Best Sichuan Chinese food in town

An authentic family run Cheng Du Chinese restaurant serving spicy noodles with great flavor. You can really feel the Szechuan peppercorn and chili oil in the dishes and the flavors are spot on. The parents English is limited but with sufficient pointing and help from the younger generation, I've always been able to order what I wanted.
They recently added Xiao Long Bai (pork buns) which were delicious and provided a nice contrast from the spicier dishes.

I ordered the chef's special 7 seasonings noodles with pork (not spicy), A10 on the menu, and it was delicious. I'm not familiar with Szechuan cuisine but my American taste buds were quite happy with this dish. Be warned, the chef and staff speak practically no English, so look at the pictures and read the descriptions on the menu and order by number. I shall return and bring my son who loves spicy Dan Dan noodles. This is a self-serve place, but the woman who waited on me was very kind and brought my food to the table for me. Thank you for the extra service.

Dan Dan Noodles are incredible, I just like to throw a fried egg in mix for fun and flavor. This might be the best noodle dish in Central Jersey. Big Bang is an explosively awesome spot!
