Pad Thai Restaurant

This is a quaint little place in Highland Park. It's easy to miss while you are on the road because there a lot of restaurants along the way. If you are using Google maps, make sure you park the car, at least 500 yards away. I will tell you the reason why , towards the end of my review.

I had the fried pork dumplings as my appetizer , their signature Pad Thai for my mains and their special tea. It was amazing. This was my first Thai food experience and the food lived up to the standard of the badge that the restaurant has - best restaurant in Central Jersey. The inside of the restaurant has a rustic charm that makes the experience even more special.

The portions are very hearty and I couldn't even finish it. So, it's better if you park your car a bit away so that you can walk a bit after a tummy- full meal. Their service would have been the best if the waiting time was shorter. I am going to assume that may be it was because they were short staffed , that particular day.

Super yum. Hit this place up after a Zumba masterclass and was ready to scarf some noodles. Good mid-level spice on my dish, friendly service.

Great food, good staff

I always get the noodle soup with pork or shrimp dumplings off the lunch menu, but for dinner. I think they put a bunch of extra dumplings in, plus the ramen-style noodles makes it filling and delicious. There's enough broth leftover after that I can boil my own noodles the next day and have it again!

This place is wonderful. The waiters are always helpful. The drinks are great and the food is fabulous. I'm a big fan of spicy food and they make it really hot if that's what you want!!
