“El Sol features what I think of as authentic Mexican cuisine, which has less cheese and less taco sauce than the Tex Mex variety to which many US citizens are accustomed. Thus my plate of chicken enchiladas with a side of rice and beans was slightly less flavorful than I am used to. The wait staff consisted of a friendly but solitary gentleman when I visited on a Saturday afternoon. My booth was clean and comfortable, and prices reasonable. There are some exotic menu items I didn't get a chance to explore in my first visit. .I plan to try conveniently located El Sol again. It is right on Highway 27, and I was able to park in the free parking lot about a block west on 3rd Avenue.”

“The decor is absolutely stunning, the wait staff is marvelous. The food is expertly prepared, too. Pay particular attention to the homemade bread that they accompany every meal with, with its unusual dipping sauce. Favorites are the red lentil soup, the lamb, the chicken shish kabob on a Mediterranean salad, and some of the odd drinks imported from Turkey like a sour cherry nectar.”

“We were looking for restaurant caterers to serve food for two parties on consecutive days for huge crowds. We decided to go with Bay Leaf Grill and we must say that it was a great experience! We wanted a different but authentic Indian menu and this restaurant provided exactly what we were looking for. Quality of the food was great and the food was delivered on time. It is a unanimous A+ from us and all the guests. Glad we chose Bay Leaf!”

“Great experience. We had stopped at another Chinese restaurant nearby first. But the wait was too long, so we bailed. Sichuan was perfect. We were ushered right in and to a seat. Shelled peanuts provided to the table shortly after seating along with hot tea. Order was taken by us pointing to our selections and came out fast and hot. Note to first-timers (and non-locals): if you want a drink other than hot tea (including water), ask for it or you'll never see it. Definitely recommend this place to others”

“I eat here often since it is the Chinese place nearest my home. The food is usually good but the quality is somewhat erratic. I recently had the shrimp and scrambled eggs and it was quite good. The Singapore mei fun was good. Seating is Limited (12 chairs). No table service but they bring the food to your table if you eat in. Parking on the street or in the lot (only 3 or 4 spaces). There is a handicap parking space but the front steps are difficult for a handicapped person.”

“Decently priced classic American fast food. And by fast they mean fast, usually your order is ready before you finish paying. I usually get the cali cheese burger with fries and a Pepsi. The bun is steamed, warm, and supple. The meat quality isn't the best but they cook the burger on caramelized onions which makes up in flavor what it lacks in quality. I never leave this place dissatisfied so I highly recommend it.”
