A small hidden gem in my opinion. I went for a brunch and the food was very good. I had waffles and Turkey bacon and was not greasy. My friend ordered eggs and a side of french toast that was very good. You know its good when Rutgers students line up there and price is reasonable.
Had a penicillin drink, steak tacos and pesto chicken pasta dish. AMAZING QUALITY AND SERVICE IS AN A++++. This will be my regular spot!!
In spite of a server-in-training, the experience was pleasant. Good was well-made and flavorful. Drinks were poured with a steady and generous hand. Desserts are definitely worth it, as well!
This place was only okay. Wait staff seemed overwhelmed and a bit disorganized, we were given water glasses with chapstick lip marks on them (gross) and had to ask three times for water. Ordered a burger that was supposed to be on a pretzel roll but wasn't and asked for seasoned fries that came out naked. The beer selection was pretty good, but we won't be returning in a hurry. Giving three stars instead of two because we went on New year's day and I'd like to think the regular service is better.
I was out with a group of 20 people two weeks ago. We were a bigger group than normal, so our usual place couldn't fit us. We tried George Street Ale House and got great food and amazing service! Special thanks to Stephanie, Kyle, and Nicole. I ordered an veggie wrap with house-made chips. They were perfect!
