I eat lunch here often. I always get the classic bowl ($6.75). I like the overall taste of the bowl. It isn't chipotle but it's good enough.
The one thing that annoys me is that the guacamole is $2.00 extra and it isn't amazing - not as great as chipotle.
In addition, the workers' accents can be hard to understand.
This place is good enough. But I have to say the veggie bowl at chipotle (with guac) is cheaper and tastes better.
Left my RUID at my dorm so had to find something to eat in the student center. Decided to try Currito. Saw that they were advertising the House Salad (with chicken) on banners around the place so decided to go give it a try. This had to be the fastest salad preparation; the lady knew exactly what to do and how much to put.
This really surprised me; the salad was really really good. The chicken has a lot of flavor and seasoning and isn't too dry like some other fast food places. The dressing (which I asked for on the side) helps a lot. It's a bit on the liquid side but I thought it was perfect for adding just a bit more creaminess. The dressing isn't overly bold; just has a slight hotness to it that you don't feel until much after. Loved the corn and tomatoes; beans were warm. Overall great value for the portion and quality.
Amazing and insanely customizable. It's like the lovechild of a Chipotle and a Noodles & Co. The Tikka burrito with some feta and sriracha added is just wonderful.
