Art of Salad (Piscataway)

3-Stars bc the Chk salad sandwich was good, but the soup was not. The chicken noodle soup was very bland, watered down; they may have forgot the chicken broth this time (?). My wife didn't enjoy the Thai-Riffic salad. Also, they changed the chips from potato to sweet potato, bummer. On a positive note, the staff here is great, excellent service.

I love the vegan options they offer here! I usually create my own salad with the cilantro lime dressing. Not only is the food delicious and filling, but everyone here is beyond friendly and helpful. This is one of the best lunch spots you’ll find!

Great salads, the only thing they need to improve is to offer non-plastic plates/utensils. Please start offering eco-friendly containers.

The staff there is extremely friendly and there's a good selection of food. I feel as though their dressings lack something but I don't know what it is. Overall I feel that their food was a great value and I wouldn't mind visiting here again. They are certainly better than SalidWorks.
