(November 22, 2022, 3:17 pm)Overall enjoyable experience, the chashu was cut thinner and offered less than I thought compared to the price of the bowl I paid for. Egg was good, ingredients were ok, broth was good. Ordered the bao and it was ok. For a chain ramen place like Kanji Noodle Bar this is what I expected.

(November 18, 2022, 8:18 pm)Service is great, Maggie is very attentive. I got the Mukbang, which is Tonkatsu Ramen with a side order of Karaage Chicken and choice of handmade beverage. Everything was delicious. Will be returning here for the Ramen.
