7-Eleven - Closed

This location is hit or miss and depending on who's working makes a difference. I work near the store so I visit quite often. There have been a few instances where food is expired, hot food you can tell isn't fresh and coffee has to be made fresh every time I go in cause the timer is on 0:00. Otherwise they do have good deals and there are 3 out of 5 courteous staff members I've encountered while the other 2 still don't know what they are doing after 2 months. There is a gentleman there that doesn't know the difference between the Total or Enter button. I ALWAYS use my 7Rewards App, he asked me if I had 7 rewards to redeem my coupon (????). You work at 7-11 and don't know the name of their app?! I give it 3 stars because the customer service is pretty good and I've seen he staff cleaning counters and floors, especially when the young lady with the headband is working.

The staff here are so friendly! Greg goes the extra mile in preparing pizzas for my whole family and making sure we're totally happy!
