    Best trip there in a while
    Fox gras, bear pasta. Very good. Bread is hot and good in bar

    My husband booked the Chef Table for our 25th Anniversary and it was amazing. We were greeted with a wonderful bottle of champagne and Chef Kevin and his staff. We are gluten free but that did not compromise the delicious courses. Before dessert I was stuffed but the treats that followed were too beautiful to pass up. I can't say enough. This was my first time at Nicholas and can't wait to go back.

    Chef's table with wine pairing well worth the price. Every dish was amazing. Just needed to clean the vent overhead

    Restaurant Nicholas represents high-end dining in the Red Bank area. The menu changes seasonally and is expertly prepared. They have an extensive wine list. This is a restaurant for which dressing up is recommended. One caveat - it is not cheap. Bring plenty of money or your favorite plastic.
