“After hearing amazing things about their food, i called to make a reservation at 6:15 for 2. My girlfriend and I were running a little late so we respectfully called to let them know. The response on the phone let us know it wasn’t a problem. Once we arrived, we were turned away because the person in charge of reservations “doesn’t doubt we called, but never got the message.” Basically meaning whoever picked up the phone never let her know. Because of THEIR poor communication WE THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS were turned away. Unfortunately never got to try the food but don’t plan on trying it now. UPDATE Came back on empty night although I made a reservation they still somehow never received it but they seated us. The food was good and enjoyable the atmosphere was very nice. One compliment would be the friendly environment. One complaint would be the fact they do not have a fountain soda machine.”

“looove this place! Delicious! Been going here since the late 90s! I’m shocked to see the low reviews! Take it from me, a loyal customer for over 20 years, this restaurant is good! The food is good, hence the name! I’ve been to many Chinese restaurants & this 1 is my favorite! They’re fast, not overpriced & like I said the food is so good! I just wish they would move their location b/c the restaurant is in a hella STUPID spot & they would get a lot more business if they WERE VISIBLE! It’s in a plaza, way back to the right but you can't see them from the street or even with in the plaza b/c they’re hidden due to built of the plaza! Rent must be real cheap b/c visibly speaking, they are non-existent! It’s weird. If you go, which I recommend, you’ll see what I mean.”

“This place is fantastic! There is so much to choose from on the menu and everything is made so well, you really can't go wrong no matter what you pick. I am pretty particular about Cuban sandwiches and I almost never really like them out, but they make one of the best (outside of Miami). Their presentation is always top notch and their staff is so friendly. Their catered events are done just as well as a single order. They are definitely not just "another sandwich place".”
