The Montville Inn

The food is very good every time. The kitchen staff does a great job and works very hard. The service gets worse every single time we go there. We were there last night and some old man waiting on a table he was the most unhappy person on earth he barely greeted us with hello he disappeared from the table and showed up 10 minutes later it took forever to order dinner he never once cracked a smile he never once asked how we were doing.. It’s a shame that the kitchen staff is so misrepresented by the front staff. There were two managers on the floor Who are completely clueless. They walked around 20 times and never asked or looked to see how we were doing. After we got our food He asked how everything was it was way too late. I would love to go back to this restaurant because the food is exceptional maybe just sit at the bar.

First time, definitely not my last. All around 5 star

Very nice atmosphere. Very good food. Service has always been great!
