Sakura Hibachi Steak House

Great atmosphere at this place. Food was good but far from special. At these prices it should taste better then it does and it was just ok.

We had the hibachi steak and hibachi chicken. It was served with rice and noodles. Very yummy!

The city won't allow the chef to give you sake. Ours didn't make this amazing moves that is usual in hibachi grill but we ended having a fun time and the food was very good.

The fact that the restaurant was nearly empty at 7:00 p.m. should have gave me a glaring clue that this was probably not a good choice for dinner. Additional, the restaurant smelled old and is badly in need of an update. The food was rather bland and tasteless. It’s really hard to mess up rice, but the fried rice simply was not flavorful at all. They appear to cut corners on the portions, with the exception of the noodles! They gave me half a plate of noodles when I clearly said I didn’t want them because I don’t eat noodles, and what they do give you is just not very flavorful at all. I rarely leave a hibachi style restaurant without either eating everything on my plate or taking leftovers. However, the food was simply not that great at all so I ate was I was going to eat and left the rest for the garbage can. Needlessly to say, I won’t be returning.
