McDonald's

Fast service, friendly personnel, food as expected. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the electronic drive-through menu board is confusing. It doesn't show everything and it doesn't organize it so you can find what you're looking for quickly (ex. 2 for $5 offer was on the store windows but not on the board anywhere).

Always clean and friendly. Drive thru people are always patient. Only thing I dislike is the ordering pods inside. I like seeing a friendly face better. Call me old fashioned.

They literally stuck their finger in my cheeseburger and gave it to me that way..aside from just being rude it's pretty unsanitary. They sent me a free sandwich card but I don't think that is an equivalent fix. Other than that one time they are pretty good.

It's a decent McDonald's, service can be slow sometimes. But the employees are patient and helpful. My dad loves the coffee. The remodel looks good. And the restaurant is always clean. I don't give it a 5 star rating because they don't usually get our order right.

Usually my order is always correct the people working are always polite. There's been a few times where things have been forgotten out of my order but they have always made it right. The wait time is usually short I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes for my food. I recommend this McDonald's.
