Well stocked store employees both friendly and helpful when needed .

The taller gentlemen who works a lot of the overnight shifts (from my experience) is a phenomenal employee. He is always very welcoming and does everything he can to give the best service! He worked the night of this post and deserves to be recognized!

I would like to comment about my experience at the Waretown, NJ Wawa located on route 9. I cannot give enough praise about the gentleman who helped me over the phone tonight.
My father and I stopped in around 11:00 am on our way to our beach house. My dad paid for his sandwich and coffee first, with his wawa gift card. I then went to pay and he treated me, as well. However, my coffee was paid for on my debit card. He handed the gift card over to the cashier to throw away. Later, while doing the math in my head, it didn’t add up. I asked him which gift card it was and he got a worried look on his face (lots of gift cards for holidays and January birthdays.) I called the store and Justin answered the phone. I explained the situation, in detail, and he promised to get back to me tonight. He was so nice and professional and said with the amount of detail given, this would be easy. Within 20 minutes, Justin called me back and went over the transactions and how much that particular card had on it. He offered to reprint the receipts and hold them for me, but that was not necessary.
I am a manager in the customer service field, and I know how difficult it can be at times. I am so impressed with the way that Justin handled this whole situation. So professional, courteous and quite frankly, I felt he helped me like I was one of his family members. If we could all just be so lucky to have more Justin’s in the workplace. I hope that he is commended for going above and beyond the call of duty.
We often hear so much negativity, I thought it might be a breath of fresh air to hear some positivity.
Thank you Justin of Waretown! You give customer service a good name!

my favorite coffee stop!! staff is fun & friendly as well as efficient. store is always clean, and whether i'm looking for snacks or meals there's always something good!!
