The Windmill on LBI is THE place to get ice cream! Located in Bay Village, this shop is full of friendly faces and delicious ice cream flavors. During our frequent trips to the shop, we enjoyed vanilla, cookies n’ cream, sweet and salty, rocky road, strawberry, black raspberry, and cookie dough. It’s almost impossible to pick a favorite but I would have to go with the waffle topped with a scoop of each strawberry and black raspberry ice cream, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream. Ah-maze-ing!!! Can’t wait to try more flavors next time I’m in LBI!

This is a well established, high end ice cream shop nestled in the middle of quaint little shops.
Parking was a snap. The service was friendly and the ice cream was top notch. I would definitely recommend this as one of your stops.
When you stop, ask if Felicity is there. She is the owner and she will make sure your experience is a good one.

Great ice cream with walk up service! Get a small or large cone and walk around the Bay Village area. It's perfect for families anytime day or night. Credit cards are accepted. I recommend getting a large chocolate peanut butter cup in a chocolate dipped waffle cone!
