(September 30, 2018, 5:23 pm)Had a an excellent dinner at Kate and Ally's that you cannot have anywhere else locally. We started with a Brie appetizer special that shared the plate with apples, onions and balsamic. Chef nailed it with all the flavors coming from different ingredients that you would not normally combine but they went together like they were made for eachother. For dinner again Chef Tim prepared his version of a homemade Parpadelle dish with shrimp, crab and spinach in a very light and tasty garlic sauce. Again this is not something you can find anywhere else in Lacey. If you are a foodie, the dishes and the relaxed, fresh atmoshphere will definitely wow you!
