I love the roast beef and the chicken here. I don't know what spices they use but it's amazing.

I'm trying to lower my cholesterol by limiting my daily saturated fat intake to 17 grams or less, so I eat lots of chicken, but lately I've been stopping at Roy's for lunch because the roast beef is a break from chicken, I load it up with pickles, lettuce, tomato, and red onion, it's delicious, and the large sandwich is only 4 grams of saturated fat! By contrast I love the Five Guys large burger w/bacon but that has 22.5 grams! (not to mention the pile of fries they give you).
In any case the food is reasonably priced, relatively healthy, and delicious.

I just had the cheese ???? steak,it was so tasty and delicious ????. My husband got the chicken, mashed potatoes and the fruit salad. He loved it. The staff was very friendly and professional. Finally i ate fast food that i enjoyed. ???? loved it. It's definitely worth the price. Update:: I hate 2 say this but yesterday my husband brought me home a cheese burger ????, i think the meat was bad ????!! It had a funny taste and it didn't smell right. Of course i didn't eat it, i took about 3 bites and that was it. I almost throw right up. My husband said the same exact thing about his burger ????. Not only that, but lately the store manager has been very rude to my husband. She doesn't talk to him like a professional person should. Take your chances with this Roy Rogers, it's up 2 u!! ????????
