Spicy's Taco & Tequila Bar

More of a Tequila bar drinks then food. .mainly a handful of apps. , then mostly tacos. Tacoholics in point Pleasant much better better tasting. Salads we ordered were expensive and my steak salad was just....... they are open , soft opening, working any kinks out. Service was fantastic. Ate at lunch hour on a Friday. They have no intentions of a happy hour even with there liquor license . I don't know how they will be in business if some changes aren't made. 2 bartenders during the day on a non busy hours...... that is my take. Go see for yourself ....

Very tasty New Mexican restaurant and Sports Bar off of RT. 35 in Pt. Pleasant. Excellent margaritas and delicious food! I had the Chicken Chimichanga and a few of their signature margaritas. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Deliciousness!! Had a awesome birthday celebration tonight at Spicy’s. Food was so fresh and really delicious, drinks were fabulous! From appetizers to desserts- our party of 8 were really blown away! Our server Diana P was top notch, and made our night special. Thank you Spicy’s in Point! Can’t wait to come back!!

Amazing new Mexican restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food!

As of writing this review, Spicy’s just opened up in Point Pleasant this week. It’s from the same owners of Spicy’s Cantina in Seaside.

While the space is small in the restaurant (most of the building is taken up by a liquor store), Spicy’s makes the most of it with a chic bar and plenty of tables, even some outside for when it gets warm out.

My party and I sat by the bar. We were taken care of by the bartender Mike, who was helpful and handled everything from our drinks to taking our orders very quickly. He spoke with us on the whole opening situation of the restaurant and was very friendly all throughout the night.

The food came out very quickly, despite how crowded the restaurant. We ordered the empanadas (chicken and beef), chicken quesadilla, and chicken fajitas. Everything turned out to be excellent with no complaints.

So happy this place has opened. Plan to come here very often.
