We come here often however today we came for the pop-up party and my daughter does not drink espresso so she couldn't get her free drink but rather purchased her regular drink. Manager asked her and got her a free drink that she liked and allowed her to enjoy her free drink. Is that whole customer experience that makes this a great Starbucks”

“One of the better run Panera in my opinion and I go to a lot of Panera throughout the state. The manager is really managing this place well. He also reads the order to you before he serves it. He reads it really fast and he is quite serious about making sure your order is correct. The coffee here is always hot and I never had to complain about it.”

“Great bagels, pretty good coffee. If you're one of those coffee connoisseurs then you won't be wowed but it will be passable. Their wraps and sandwiches are to die for and the staff is always cheerful and hard working. Eat here and you'll know they aren't wasting your time. Plus they're pretty generous with their spreads and toppings. Great variety of bagels as well. Prices are moderate, but for the quality, I'd say it's worth it.”

“One of the best Quickchecks I have been, everything is fresh! And the soups are always fresh. There is a lady that check on the soups constantly to make sure there are still enough and is fresh (not like other QuickChecks that have dry pots of soup) Sandwiches are great and coffee is always fresh”

“Great bagels, but the staff was a little rude, if you order the Tea, it's 5 bucks and they just give you a teabag and tell you to find hot water. Also they randomly removed spinach from the bacon and spinach bagel I ordered... When I asked why, and asked for spinach to out on it. They said I ordered it without spinach..... And said they couldn't get me spinach.”
