“Good place due to the General Manager Corona. Had a bad experience where I got a Big Mac but none of the 3 patties I asked for with extra sauce. No drink cup and fries were cold on a super busy Sunday. I was really calm and told her how disappointed I was in their service and requested a refund. She begged me to give them another chance and brought me my new order personally and sat down to apologize to me profusely once again. She wrote me a note signing it to get any value meal I want anytime whether she was there or not. I came back to test it a month later and she remembered me after they called her from doing paperwork to come and say hello. I not only got the value meal but a large McNugget, extra apple pie and two extra chicken sandwiches I insisted on paying for myself. She left a great impression on me, I will definitely make this my permanent place.”
