Graystone Cafe

Great little place. I love their Buffalo Chicken panini. I'm not sure why, but their Spring Mix salad is the best I've ever had. The dressing they use is amazing. Everything I've ever had their is delicious.

Very accurate and speedy service. The staff are excellent and very friendly and polite. My favorite sandwiches are the laustin and the southwest panini. Salads are great sizes and very tasty as well. And the prices are very reasonable. I have had a few things from places that were catered by them as well! Was great. I recommend if you would like to go for lunch, since they are fantastic, you should call ahead. They accommodate great!

My favorite place to eat in town! All of the food is SO fresh and delicious! All of the ladies that work there are awesome and make sure everything is perfect upon serving! Highly recommend

Ordering from Graystone during the work day was always a treat and something we all looked forward to...until the final straw with their unprofessional customer service.
Every time we have ordered from various work locations, someone always mentioned how they were given an attitude of some sort.
Be it the snippyness on the phone, no eye contact or acknowledgement in the store, or them being clearly annoyed and seeming inconvenienced if you ask a question or make a special request.
It's a shame, the food is really good 90% of the time, but the customer service will guarantee that I will not be patronizing this establishment again.
