The Barrel House

This place is absolutely amazing. The service is awesome! Our waitress Reanne was absolutely the best! The barrel burger is like an explosion from flavor town all the way to your taste buds. The demiglaze is absolutely amazing, I briefly considered rolling around in it, it was so delicious. Advice, get the sweet chili sauce with the calamari. It is magical, and the calamari is perfectly cooked. And when the kids are hungry, the pizza for kids is a solid 18 inch pie for each order. These guys rock!!! I can honestly say that I will be back as soon as possible!
*revision: our first visit was amazing, but we came back later on a monday night and had a truly sub-par experience. They were out of ingredients for half the beverages we attempted to order, and our soda cups remained empty for all eternity. Our waitress seemed much more concerned with flirting with the other staff members than serving her customers. Not a selling point. We will come back one more time, if it is like tonight, we won't be back again!

Everything tasty, except coffee, too small choose of cocktails. Service very good and quick, nice people.

Food was fair, but service was very slow. Only a handful of people in a couple different tables, so the place was not busy. No excuse for bad service.

Think a comfy village pub. Good food. Good ale. Non-pretentious surrounding, just old fashion wood and brick décor with a tin ceiling. Local guitar player strumming up some tunes. Put them all together and you got the Barrel House. Why would anyone go to a chain restaurant?
