“Update 4 years later: I dont know if there was a change in owner ship or just staff, but the staff is so much friendlier. The food was always great, but tastes much better when smiled at. I can't get past the rudeness of the staff. I've tried so many times, today I had it. After standing at the counter waiting to place my order for over 5 minutes, I walked out. Many staff members just walked by and looked at us and never said hello or I'll be right with you...you are in the service industry...start acting like it.”
