“AG Pizza is a staple on Spring street in Newton. It is a small location next to the Newton Theatre and serves your typical pizzeria food. They have a good stuffed slice for a very good price and a full lunch menu. All the food is good. I recommend it if you're on spring street looking for lunch. The dining room is plain with simple table and chairs. No booths and you'll always be within earshot of the TV. You know its solid because there's always someone there.”

“Love Newton Pizza. Great mom & pop shop. Great staff and counter foll which seem to be a group of young fellas from the neighborhood. Real polite. You don't find that at any of the other local pizza spots. Food is always as ordered and delicious. And fast, since it always seems like no matter what, or how much, I order, in 15 minutes. They don't deliver. Which I thought was awful, but then got over it because Domino's delivers, but their food is trash in comparison, and it dawned on me that good pizza is definitely worth the trip.”

“I've lived in Newton for 4 years and work in Byram. I drive past Firehouse Pizza everyday yet today was the first time I tried them. I'm glad I did. After looking at the website, I saw a loaded Baked potato Pizza. I love baked potatoes and thought on a pizza would be kinda wild. So I called and ordered. Phone interaction was pleasant. The restaurant is cozy. The girl at the counter was friendly and greeted me as I walked in the door. Customer service is really important to me and first impressions are so important. They really nailed both here. I took a menu and asked about a pizza I like but didn't see it on the menu. The guy making pizzas told me that he could do it. I told him I'd keep it in mind for next time. The important thing to me there was a willingness to go above and beyond. The pizza was fair priced and on the rest of my ride home made my car smell delicious. The pizza it self looked very good, and thankfully tasted as good as it smelled. The only minor complaint is that some of the potato slices could of been cooked just a little more as some of the slices were very slightly crunchy. Not a huge deal though but enough to make me think the thought. (I still ate 4 slices of the pie) most of the potatoes I did have were fine. Perhaps cutting the slices of potatoes a bit thinner would solve this. Overall a great pizza experience and perhaps my new go-to pizza place. I will definitely be trying there other pizzas and dinners.”

“Very good food. Apps were great from the tender calamari to the sweet tender beets. I don't even like beets but these were really good. Perfectly made Grey Goose martini. The skirt steak was perfectly cooked and tender, and the fresh vegetables delicious. Others in my group ALL had great meals too. The salmon dish they said was amazing. The only thing we didn't care for was the beef vegetable soup. It was too salty and no beef flavor. Service was great too.”

“The food was good, but not great. We had burgers and salads and appetizers. The decor was appealing. The tables were very tight together and conversations from tables on all sides of us could be heard easily. There was live entertainment on the night that we visited and the person was very good, but his microphone was turned down too low. Overall we had a good time, but they really need to separate the tables a little.”

I found some coupons and they let me combine a few which was most likely a pain in the butt separating orders but Stephanie was very nice and asked me to pull up and order at the window so she could figure out the best way to use them all. Great customer service! Then Stephanie asked me to pull up to wait for my fresh food. That seemed worth it to me I was in no hurry what so ever. My food was brought out by Chloe she was so apologetic about the wait, the wait I had no problems with!! I needed to add fries to my order so I let her know my order was a little involved and that I forgot to make sure I was getting fries. I gave her money so she could charge me and she insisted on getting her manager to get me free fries! I was totally content waiting and paying she was so worried I was the slightest bit unhappy! Lastly Nicole the manager brings out a big order of large fries and dessert and to my surprise my money!! These three lovely ladies made my night!!! Thank you all!”
