“This place feels like a New York steakhouse hiding in Sussex County. I had the aged strip steak and it was aged to perfection. The sides were also delicious and the scotch prices were quite reasonable. The only caveat is that the New York quality comes with New York prices. They also have a bar area with a number of tables and a more affordable menu with a daily happy hour if you just want drinks and apps.”

“This has been our go to place for years. For many years now our family has been here for Christmas eve. Great food, and the host/owner is one of the kindest people I have met. He is warm and inviting. He truly has the gift of hospitality. So it is no surprise we hosted my Mom's farewell here. The owner was great, he was flexible with the amount of guest, start time and moreover he was generous in his compassion for our family during this difficult time. He gave us a warm and inviting space to be with family. And he allowed us to stay together for awhile as a family. He opened up during an off time to serve and take care of our family. I will never forget the kindness, hospitality and compassion he provided more. The food was high quality and delicious as it has been year after year. So if you have a special event support this business as they understand it is about people not just money.”

“My husband has been raving about this wonderful little place. Last night we decided on take out and I was pleasantly surprised. The family atmosphere led me to hope I was going to get authentic mexican food and I was delighted. The seasonings used in the burritos was flavorful and not overdone. The price point is terrific and the food is cleary not proccessed and made fresh to order. So waiting a few extra minutes for deliscious home-made food was OK! We will be back. “WOW!!! this place is amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming. The coffee art is great as well. I had the salmon omega and tried the quinoa kale bowl. Accompanying my meal was a turmeric and ginger latte and I tried the regular latte. Everything was delicious!!! The ingredients truly went well together when I had the salmon omega. The menu states to hold off on the substitutions because the ingredients compliment each other. So, very true!! The staff was very friendly and you pay at the front when your done. The reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was because of seating, but it was totally worth the wait!!”

“This is always my go to place when I want a treat. I get clear soup, a sweet potato roll, and a King roll. It's the perfect lunch and I love sitting up at the sushi counter - the chef will always give out little trimmings in ponzu sauce as a compliment! It's consistent and the service is fast almost to the point of being rude, but I appreciate the staff wanting to turn tables over quickly. It's the best sushi is Sussex County, without question.”
