Houdini Pizza Laboratory

I had wanted to try this place for a while and was happy with my visit.
First off. It’s wood fired pizza. So your going to get crispy crust and some will be darker than at a standard pizzeria.

It was super busy - I went on a Friday night so, word to the wise.

I took the pizza out and enjoyed it at home. From my family they gave it two thumbs up and one “meh” :-)

Phenomenal pizza. The presentation was amazing. The taste of the spicy pizza was out of this world. Absolutely incredible

My husband and I have never been disappointed with the food or service at Houdini Pizza Lab. We're especially fond of their Caesar salad, which comes with large leaves of romaine, rich olive oil, fresh Parm, and snappy pumpkin seeds. The pizza ingredients are incredibly fresh and varied, and the crust beneath them couldn't be thinner or crunchier. We're also fond of the table arrangement: there are I think two places where we can sit without a TV screen monopolizing our line of sight. Can't wait to go back.

I like this place. I did from the beginning. I don't understand the name because the options they have a fairly limited but the wood fired oven makes a nice char on the crust. It would be nice if the crust had more tooth to it, a little more bite and crunch. The topping are fine, thigh would benefit from some more unusual or fiber quality options. A good pizza place with a pleasant atmosphere. Bring a bottle of wine and enjoy

This place is absolutely amazing. Its been in town for awhile and I happen to stop in for the first time today. Fresh, light, and flavourful pizza. The food keeps your taste buds dancing. The pasta is made fresh right there and meant to be eaten ASAP. Staff is awesome. I'll definitely will be a regular!
