“I have never had the food but when I am coming home from Newark, my daughter has me bring her home to Florida the Chicken parmigiana and mac and cheese. She loves it even cold and people think I am nuts to bring airport food home. It isn't like airport food. The workers are slightly slow and they do speak in Spanish. I don't mind as long as I am not pressed for time. I also speak Spanish so don't care about the language. All the workers in Newark do, except at Dunkin Donuts. Get over it. They aren't talking about you in Spanish and they all speak English. Last time I was here, I ordered 2 of everything and when I made it to Florida, I was missing one of my macaroni and cheese. My bill was $29 for two small chicken breast and two servings of mac and cheese, yet I only had one in the bag. I bought two so her brother could try it. She shared and no one complained, but my wallet. Do I think it is worth the high price? Probably not. It makes her happy, that's what matters.”

“5 star review is based on what else is available in terminal A. Excellent breakfast and coffee is strong and fresh. Service a little slow but I’m sure they would rush if you asked. Not a huge menu but if your sick of the iPads and high prices in terminal C, this is the place. GO HERE BEFORE SECURITY CHECK, Earl of Sandwich is only restaurant at gates and it is mediocre at best. Staff here is very nice.”

“Not a lot choices for sit down restaurants in Terminal A for gates 30-39. It's this place or Ruby Tuesday. Phillips is a seafood restaurant and mostly offer fish and shrimp. Their bar is pretty good and service was fast. Lot of different options. Lobster rolls, shrimp cock6, hush puppies, crab Cobb salad, fish tacos, fried calamari, etc. Not bad but not amazing either.”

Food was better than chilled tasteless sandwiches at the convenience booth.”
