    Sunday morning Place was packed but we got seated very quickly. On top of it the servers and all the hosts were very friendly with amazing attitudes. Sam (blondie) was our server, very efficient and quick. Our food was served quickly and delicious. Definitely sticking to this ihop. Great job.

    Not a large location with limited seating. Depending on the time and day, there can be a long wait. Waitresses are attentive the couple times I have visited. They give you hot water for utensils. They have seasonal promotions which can make it affordable for family's to visit. Beware and order what they are known for. Kid's mac and cheese has been brought cold and the chicken nuggets are rubbery.

    Clean. Service good.. food is okay..ask for fresh coffee sometime it to bitter. Priced very fairly.
