Neguess Creole Restaurant

I just purchased my first meal from here and I'm literally eating it as I write this review. I have the militon, black rice and macaroni. It's absolutely delicious!
Jessica took my order and was very pleasant on the phone and in-person. It's nice to finally get Haitian food at a restaurant that understand the value of great customer service!

I stopped by here while headed to the airport. This is a true Haitian restaurant with real Haitian food. Let me tell you right now, the food was amazing. If I lived in the Newark area, I would visit often but I don’t. So the next time I’m in the city I will be pulling up!

Let me just say this food left me speechless this was my first time eating here I ordered through door dash and the food was phenomenal I’m going to tell all my friends and family about this place if I could give 10 stars I would a million times to the chef thank you so much for authentic Haitian food

Hands down the BEST authentic Haitian food I’ve had in years. I’ve already gone twice this week for lunch and it’s only Wednesday! The staff was so kind and quick to get my order ready. Compliments to the chef because I’m Haitian myself and hate to admit it but it’s better than my mom’s cooking! I’ll have to bring her here to see what she thinks. The food was hot and fresh. Everything from the black rice to the griot is on point. You won’t be disappointed!

Had the traditional haitian dish legume and a side of plantains and it was amazingly good!! Im on my healthy journey being plant based so I'm happy I can have a delicious meal that is nourishing. The have all classic Haitian dishes available as well that I can't wait to try !!
