“I regularly stop every day, sometimes twice a day for coffee and various items. I've noticed the overnight crew, specifically Carlos( I think that's his name) runs it like it's his business. He hustles to help customers, whether it be refilling the coffee, doing the register or making the sandwiches. I wish that translated to the day crew. They seem lazy, and some employees seem " less capable", taking forever at the register, and less likely to lend a hand at other stations besides the register. Coffee station always seems a mess . I get that its busier during the day, but employees need to hustle a bit, to get customers in and out. Take some advice from the night crew, they seem to get it right.”

“The D&D on Kenilworth Blvd and Michigan avenue is the D&D I would even consider. The morning staff are always on point with their service, they know what I want before I even ask. As far as the wait there I'm usually in and out unless they're swamped with customers who never ordered a coffee in their life or they think its cute too let their 5 year old select a dozen Donuts, smh. Obviously not the staff's fault.”

I usually get takeout or delivery, but if you choose to dine in I guarantee you'll have a great meal and overall great experience.
