    Very fast, but not always accurate on the order. Can use a better intercom to hear the order better

    Always fresh customer service stinks at times. I didn't get a free coffee on the day when it was national coffee day and bought 3 coffees. And another time same person said the game was over and we are talking about October 5th. What a joke.and they never ask if we would like to donate. Employee there are doing a lazy job.

    Fast, friendly staff and consistent quality. If your drink doesn't taste just right, staff has no attitude when it comes to remaking your order-- something I've seen at many other Dunkin locations! I stop here almost every day while at work and it's always a joy to talk to the staff here.
