Wawa

So far so good! Food is fresh, location is very clean and gas prices are super competitive!

This is an amazing WaWa at a super convenient location. Both front and rear entrances makes the grab-n-go super efficient. The staff is always super friendly!

Everything has been great about this Wawa, but the only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is because of the customer service. I have the Wawa app, so they can scan my rewards. Unfortunately, I couldn’t open it on my phone while I was in line because my hands were full. So when I got to the register and put my stuff down, I immediately opened my app to get to my rewards. The guy behind the register said rudely, “I have a long line!” When he said that I had just got to my rewards, so he could scan it. I told him that next time not to rush people, and he scoffed at me and said, “have a nice day,” sarcastically.
I’ve been in customer service for 6 years, and I have never said that or have been rude to a customer even if we had a long line. You need to be patient with customers and make sure they are satisfied and feel comfortable no matter how ridiculous it is. I understand people have bad days, but if that is the case, don’t bring your personal life into work.
I’m not the type of person to complain about this stuff, but his attitude made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed to this Wawa. If I didn’t have this experience, I would have given this Wawa 5 stars.
