“Delicious! We stopped by with our toddler on opening day for dinner. Staff was super friendly and the food was excellent. We got the Original Italian hotdog, The German hotdog, and chili cheese fries. Our toddler had a grilled cheese. Everything came out great. So nice to finally have an authentic Italian hotdog joint in the area. We will certainly be back and highly recommend.”

“Edited 4/27/24 to add: Went back for breakfast and was blown away by each thing we tried. The coffee, omelettes, hash browns, bacon, sausage, and the toast were all so filled with flavor and perfectly seasoned. This is not your average breakfast plate, each item was elevated! Not only was the breakfast amazing, but then I took home croissants and pastries to my (notoriously picky about sweets/baker goods) toddler and he loved it all. 100% worth the drive to the cozy town of Oxford! Everything was so delicious!! The pomegranate tea had the perfect blend of sweet and tart. The hot chocolate bomb was the best hot chocolate I've ever had, so creamy and had little hints of peppermint, like Christmas in a cup! Lastly we tried the morning glory muffins - fresh shredded carrots, pineapple and raisins, so moist!! Perfect spot to sit and have a treat or to get baked goods for the holidays. We ordered some muffins and scones for our Christmas brunch, can't wait to come back and try more things!”

“Although this place has turned over a few times from as long as I can remember (Charlie Browns) the new Tavern really is different. The Beas atmosphere still remains and the Tavern food is much closer to what an indecisive eater dreams of. A small menu, but everything is good. Today I had the Hot Honey Fried Chicken sandwich. “I ordered takeout and got the Victoria’s Secret wings. They were so, so good. Was a bit sticker shocked at the price for wings though- $18.50 seems steep for one order (also annoying that it’s $1 more to order online). At that price point they should have their own homemade blue cheese, not prepackaged dressing. My food was ready at the given time and the counter service was cheerful. I hope this location will also do a Beat the Clock or Wing Wednesday deal like their other location because then we would become regulars. A+ flavor choices though and mine were delicious!”

“My favorite taco place in the area. The restaurant is minimalistic and the staff speak ok English (sometimes you have to explain yourself a little), but that’s ok! I come for the food anyways. Which let me tell you, is one of the best and most authentic Mexican, not texmex, around! The tacos are delicious, simple, good portioned and reasonably priced. “4 stars for being the best fast food in the area. Typical Chipotle, with a drive through. I went opening day and again a few days later. The food was was barely warm the first time unfortunately, but flavor profiles are good per standard for the chain. Thecserving size on meat has definitely shrunk since the last time i went to a Chipotle so that is unfortuante. The second time, they were very busy but were pretty efficient and friendly. It is obviously clean in there being new and bright. I always suggest the carnitas. And yes they have plain white rice without the cilantro available, you just have to ask.”

“New, inexperienced staff. Popeyes recently opened a restaurant in Jersey on Memorial Pkwy. The new location is pretty busy. Thankfully, you can order ahead of time and pick it up in store. The menu is mostly comprised of chicken sandwiches, tenders, etc. I like their recipe, and they have excellent macaroni and cheese. The staff is friendly however they seem to be a bit inexperienced. With that being said, make sure you check your order. They have an issue with order fulfillment. I noticed a customer return to the store because she was missing an item. I got my order and had to remind the cashier to give me my drink cups. I left and when I got home. I also noticed my order was missing a chicken sandwich!”

“Stopped here to grab a quick bite for lunch when in Belvidere, and this place did not disappoint. My wife and I had the BLT with coleslaw and pickles. I must say that Coleslaw was so good, and the BLT and pickles were fresh. It's a small, cute place to stop and grab a bite. They do offer take out, so call place and order and pick it up to enjoy at home. Everyone here was friendly, and the service was good. I love the fact that you can watch as they cook your food. Always a plus.”

Had the beef shish kabob, lamb chops, grilled octopus and cheese burger- around with the potato rolls, cheese rolls, and roasted eggplant. All great. “This place was fantastic! Excellent Middle Eastern food. All the appetizers are delicious. I had the maqluba and it was delicious, not to mention enough for two meals. Our waitress was Mikaela. We had a big table, 11 people for a birthday dinner, and people kept her running. She was incredible. Everyone got everything they ordered, waters refilled, to go boxes, anything we asked. Besides the burrito having a bit too much beans, everything was good. There is one item that stood out. 10/10 THEIR CARNITAS TACOS.
