Foodtopia Restaurant

The meals and service were ahead of my expectations. I absolutely enjoyed the environment of this restaurant. Fantastic spot to take the family out for dinner.

Great authentic Mexican food at a reasonable price. They use authentic meats, such as barbacoa, in their tacos and not just ground beef. The owner is also very friendly and personable. I ate here regularly in the summer and fall of 2019 when I was working downtown but feel it is worth the trip downtown just to eat here. There are few really good restaurants downtown but this is definitely one of them.

Pretty decent hamburger! Better than most! And a healthy hearty soup! Good burritos. This is one of my late late night spots, after work, like at 1am: I get fat here!! Tho the atmosphere is only so so, the food is decent and fast and it's easy going. I'm downtown, want to try and avoid a bar, just looking for something to eat. If Foodtopia stays open a while, it could become a place like Frontier. That's a decent comparison. Ought to try the breakfast platters sometime. Nice and warm dinning room too, if not a little too bare bones and utilitarian. (Disclaimer. From Maine and know nothing about Burritos, tho this is one of the better ones I've had around town)

This place have amazing food! As a vegatarian that have so many veggie options. The workers are amazingly nice and want to insure you're enjoying your food. The horchata is the best I have ever tasted. I highly recommend this place.
