Hollow Spirits Distillery

We Had a nice, eager server. We enjoyed our sandwich a lot. But we ordered two beers almost immediately after sitting and it took over 15 minutes to get two beers. We had just got our beers and the sandwich at the same time. And it wasn’t that crowded. Apparently it was a mixed drink “rush” so we had to wait our turn. That is what our server told us. But a couple went up to the bar and got beers immediately so not sure about the system. Maybe take 30 seconds every once in a while to serve a beer? That’s my suggestion. Plus pretty sure a manager or owner sitting at the bar.
Although we had a decent time. We left to have our next drink at another local distillery due to situation.

First time here, the drinks were delicious (a little overpriced but so seems the trend these days…inflation, ya know!?). Staffing was short so they were only offering a limited menu but the fry flight and the poke nachos were perfect! So good! Pretty slow on a Tuesday night so we got all of our drinks and food within 5-10 minutes. Our server was also very attentive but I’m sure that’s easier with a smaller crowd. Will definitely be going back!

An experience a must go to shake things up, there is a 3 drink maximum believe me you'll be fine with 2.

Place is PRICE but kinda worth it. It's best to go for like a brunch or event.
They have monthly bartenders classes which I hope to enjoy at least once.
The food was burnt but the head chef came to apologise very friendly love the atmosphere would go back again

I really enjoyed it here! The Shrubber Duckie is absolutely fantastic, the Split It is a little too boozy for me but it was still really good. Finally, the kitchen did a good job of veganizing their gnocchi dish. I'd like to see a little more effort put into their vegan options but overall I had a good experience.
