Pretty good burgers, also in size for the $$, hand made ???? unlike most thin & frozen kind. Could use a little more seasoning. Regular or Green Chili Cheese fries is the way to go. I would not recommend the Red Chili Meat & cheese fries. Other than they messed up on my order (twice, but fixed it) everything was great. Staff is friendly and so I'll definitely give them a second go round
The burgers and fries are as good as homemade (or better depending on your home cook). We tried the onion petals for the first time the other day, they've got a slight delightful heat to the batter. Also, their staff is handling Covid-19 safety measures impressively well. I thank them for their conscientiousness and hard work.
There are a lot of good burger places in Albuquerque, but Laguna has some of the best burgers. You can't really compare it to Blake's, who I also believe has a great burger, because they don't have the number of locations, so Laguna is kind of like a treat more than a staple. I'm sure if I were closer I'd be eating there way more than I should. If you get a chance also try the Pulled Pork Fries, they are truly awesome. Just be aware it is kind of its own meal, so be hungry, order a smaller burger, or bring friends.
