    Great food to fill you up. Cornbread is heavenly. Awesome open air atmosphere, wholsome family area. Highly recommend.

    Great service, great place to eat, great people. Food on the other hand was not kicking like I thought it would.
    We had the gumbo, Cajun burger, boudin balls and beginets.

    Gumbo, I'm use to South like church point, Lafayette area of cooking and that gumbo tasted nothing like Louisiana to me.
    Cajun burger was a regular green chile double burger.
    The boudin balls we loved but wished there was more flavor of the boudin. But this was our favorite.
    Beginets were waaaay different as well they are usually airy and thick kinda like a sopapilla but better an thicker with honey and powdered sugar, this was more doughy and chewy and had a bland taste.

    Overall I believe this is a great place and is great to show NM a twist of the south! :)

    We will be back to try the sausage and red beans and rice.

    Awesome food truck park, They make beignets here! Good food! Will be back!
