I wanted to eat here a few times over the past couple years to make sure my experience was consistent. And it has been!

I love the food here. It's all worth the price, but it's important to keep in mind that the cheaper meals like the steamed buns won't fill you up.

I think the small, simple menu with only bangers is a smart choice and the specials keep things feeling fresh (I just wish there was an easier way to see what they were without checking instagram where they might not even be displayed).

My fave dish is the pecan ramen.

I mean... how do you pass up pecan ramen? I didn't and I WON! Tofu was perfect; broth was incredible; roasted turnips and mushrooms. Just fantastic... we'll be back!

I just went here for the first time and it was simply wonderful! It’s order at the counter, and the food came within five minutes. I got the ribs and noodles with added broth, and my husband enjoyed the green Chile ramen. The staff was super friendly and efficient. We will definitely be returning.

The dumplings and brussel sprouts were worth the visit alone. The pork in the ramen had a BBQ taste and texture that added to the ramen

Wow! This place serves amazing food and has a very warm and inviting vibe! Starting with ramen and all the sides, the food is delicious. Oni noodles checks the box on what I look for in a restaurant. Food, customer service, decor/layout and cleanliness. My favorite Ramen bowl was the Brisket ramen. If it’s not the signature dish, it should be. It’s like a dry rub brisket, sliced and put in the Ramen. Incredible! The other ramen we liked was the Posole Verde ramen and if you want a less spicy ramen, go with the Pecan Ramen which has a nice flavor. Top sides I recommend are the ribs and edamame as both are excellent with the right amount of spice. The brussels sprouts were another big hit with our party. They have a nice selection of drinks, but I can't begin to tell you how amazing the beet margarita was! This was soooo delicious. I'd love the recipe. The mint lemonade was also great. The staff was top notch and incredibly friendly, helpful and they really make a great team. The layout is super cool and has a nice warm vibe to it. The decor is inviting and the paintings on the wall by local artists highlight a lot of the warmth. There's a bar area where you can sit and there are tables in the main dining space that can't fit groups of various sizes. The place is nice and clean and I'm already looking forward to coming back again. I highly recommend this place! #foodie, #abq, #ramen, #bestofabq
