Panera Bread

Let me start by saying everyone I’ve come into contact with who works here is super friendly. That being said there are other things I’ve had issues with. 1.parking at this location is odd. Only about 3 spots are close. The rest are a little farther and a lot are farther, down a slight slope, and you have to walk across the wide area where people are driving, which all means you really have to look out so you don’t hit anyone or get hit. 2. I have a coffee membership and about 1/3 of the time my coffee size is not what I ordered. Friday I ordered a regular size iced coffee covered under my membership and a large vanilla ice coffee I paid for. Both coffees were regular. I called them and they told me to come back at lunchtime and they’d fix it. I did. They made me a small coffee to make up to me the large I never received. They over filled it and I got a nice ice cold coffee shower in my car. They also said I could pick a “few” pastries so I ask for 2 dark chocolate cookies and I said I wanted to buy 4. When I got to my car I had 5 cookies. ????. 2+4should =6 not 5. I think for now I will go the other Panera’s. Because my patience has worn pretty thin for this location for now.

I had the most wonderful experience with your delivery driver Susan. She is the friendliest person, a wonderful personality. The food was great.

While Panera can be a little on the pricier side, their food is delicious. I appreciate all of their healthy options, but I also love that they can help satisfy my sweet tooth with their bakery options. I also like that you can order yourself at the kiosk at the Coronado location, it’s super easy!
